The complete programme currently costs £475 payable at the first session, and includes an initial consultation, 5 sessions lasting approximately an hour and 2 CDS which you need to listen to between sessions. You will also receive a workbook packed with tips, hints and food ideas.

Most Hypno Band therapists use only 4 sessions, however I also include a self improvement Session called Changing Limiting Beliefs (see Changing Limiting Beliefs page of www.Hypnotherapy4Health.co.uk). This session, which normally costs £75, is included in the HypnoBand fee. This fun and insightful session helps you to gain valuable information on your personality type and how your mind works. This in turn empowers you to make the changes you want and create the lifestyle you desire.

    3. Second relaxation hypnotherapy session where you will be taken through a Hypno-Band consultation
    4. Third relaxation hypnotherapy session where the actual ‘surgery’ takes place from pre-med to recovery.
    5. Fourth relaxation hypnotherapy session with further reinforcement. Your band can be either loosened or tightened according to your personal needs. During this fifth session we will undertake another full Body Composition
  • Two CDS will be provided which need to be listened to at specific times during the programme
